Admission Process

The admission process is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent enrollment procedure for students seeking admission to the school.

Pre-Nursery Admission Notice

Admission to the Pre-Nursery class is granted on the basis of age eligibility and availability of seats. No written test or entrance examination is conducted for the child or parents/guardians for admission to the Pre-Nursery class.

Step 1: Application Submission

Parents/guardians are required to collect, complete, and submit the Admission Application Form along with the necessary documents at the School Admissions Office during working hours.

Step 2: Submission of Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents along with the completed application form:

• Birth Certificate (for age verification)
• Recent passport-size photographs of the student
• Proof of residence/address
• Identity proof of parents/guardians
• Previous academic records or report cards (where applicable)
• Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school
• PEN No. and APAAR ID

Step 3: Admission Assessment / Interaction

Depending on the class for which admission is sought, the school may conduct an age-appropriate assessment, entrance examination, or interaction session. This helps determine the student's readiness and placement.

Step 4: Review and Verification

The Admission Committee reviews all applications and verifies the submitted documents. Incomplete applications or applications with missing documents may not be considered.

Step 5: Admission Confirmation

Successful applicants will receive an admission offer from the school. Parents/guardians will be notified through the contact details provided in the application form.

Step 6: Fee Payment

To confirm admission, parents/guardians must complete the payment of the prescribed admission fee and other applicable charges within the specified timeline.

Step 7: Enrollment and Orientation

Upon successful completion of all admission formalities, the student will be officially enrolled. Information regarding class allocation, academic schedule, uniforms, books, and orientation programs will be communicated before the commencement of classes.
